The Process

Once the enquiry comes through to our sales team, we will organise a free pre-survey to be conducted of the property by our in-house surveyor. The information gathered from this survey will then be generated into PV SOL to create a more accurate post survey design for the homeowners to approve.

Once the design is approved, the team will go ahead and get the installation booked into our system, and our operations manager will start ordering the materials, ready to store in our warehouse.

Upon arrival, our solar panel installers got to work mapping the roof out with where the bracket and rails will lay, securing them to the battening of the roof. Our team of installers, then install the solar PV panels to the rails, connecting the strings, ready for the homeowners to generate clean, renewable energy.

Whilst the solar installers are busy on the roof, our engineer was on ground level, working on installing the Solis inverter and Dyness batteries. Once the installation is completed, our engineer will talk through the new system with the homeowners, explaining how the Solis cloud app works and how to make the most out of their renewable energy.
