The Process
Queenborough School & Nursery are a two-form entry primary school and maintained nursery on the Isle of Sheppey, proudly serving the local communities of Queenborough and Rushenden.
After speaking to Ed Reynolds, Operations Manager at the school, we designed the solar panels to fit onto the South and East sides of the roofs to ensure Queenborough School are getting the most amount of sunshine as possible.
The 36 JA 590W solar panels have been installed to not only fit the roof seamlessly, but they have been designed to match the Schools usage; whilst installing one 6kW and one 12kW Solis inverters to ensure the power generated by the solar panels are being exported around the school to power what is needed.
